Workplace Communication and Professionalism

Welcome to Workplace Communications and Professionalism, the final module in our six-module series to help you develop your career. In this module, you will learn about workplace professionalism and etiquette, the importance of things like a positive attitude and emotional intelligence for career success, some concrete strategies to improve your workplace communication skills, and practical tips for engaging in difficult conversations at work.
