Very Berry Smoothie

Berry smoothie with Greek yogurt and fresh spinach.
Number of portions: 2 Prep time: 5 minutes Total time: 5 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • ½ cup (125 mL) 2% milk
  • 1 cup plain 2% Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries

Directions

  • Pour milk into blender, followed by Greek yogurt, spinach, and berries.
  • Blend until smooth.
