High Protein Pancakes

Pancakes served with Greek yogurt and strawberries.
Number of portions: 1 Prep time: 5 minutes Total time: 10 minutes

 

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup 2% cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) canola oil
  • ½ cup strawberries, sliced
  • ½ cup 2% plain Greek yogurt

Directions

  • Blend cottage cheese, oats, and egg in a blender until smooth.
  • Heat oil in a griddle or small skillet over medium heat.
  • Pour about ¼ cup of batter onto griddle for each pancake.
  • Cook until browned on both sides and cooked through.
  • Top with strawberries and Greek yogurt.
