Greek Yogurt Popsicles

Strawberry popsicles served with fresh strawberries.
Number of portions: 2 Prep time: 5 minutes Total time: 6 hours

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain 2% Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup strawberries, or fruit of choice*

Directions

  • Blend the strawberries and Greek yogurt in a food processor or blender on high speed until smooth and liquefied.
  • Pour mixture into popsicle molds or small paper cups.
  • Freeze for 2 hours then stick popsicle sticks 1 inch (2.54 cm) into molds.
  • Freeze for 4-6 hours or overnight.
  • Run the mold under hot water to easily remove popsicles.

*Note: Nutrient analysis done with strawberries.
