- 1 large egg
- ¾ cup (175 mL) 2% milk
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 3 tbsp unflavoured whey protein powder
- 1 small apple, chopped
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Beat egg in a bowl, then stir in milk, oats, and protein powder.
- Transfer mixture to saucepan set over medium-low heat.
- Cook, stirring frequently, for 10-12 minutes, or until oats are tender and creamy.
- Top with chopped apple and cinnamon.
